In direct link with the board of directors, the business developer must audit the various strategic axis selected by the board to analyse the possible failures or success causes with no no uncertainties. The results are given to the manager and remain strictly confidential.

The business developer can assist one or several project managers (that can be a sales manager who is applying a new sales strategy, a product manager who is launching a new product.) to help them in attaining their goals by supplying not only his tools but his experience and his contacts.
