The corporate acquisition agent is a representative. This activity is regulated by a law of January 2nd 1970. To practice this business, our company has a professional card «Business Transactions» delivered by the Police Prefecture n°11-1375 .

Our fees are only based upon results and are determined on the corporate acquisition price.

  • Acquisition price inferior to 300 000 € : 9%
  • Acquisition price between 300 000 € and 500 000 € : 8%
  • Acquisition price between 500 000 € and 2 000 000 € : 7%
  • Acquisition price between 2 000 000 € and 4 000 000 € : 6%
  • Acquisition price between 4 000 000 € and 8 000 000 € : 5%
  • Acquisition price between 8 000 000 € and 16 000 000 € : 4%
  • Acquisition price between 16 000 000 € and 25 000 000 € : 3%
Our fees on time spent such as coaching, transition support and audits are subject to a prior quotation.
